  • All services are provided digitally/remotely, and may require your cooperation to deliver as promised.

💼 2. Eligibility

  • To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate contact and payment details
  • Have legal authority to act on behalf of your business (if applicable)
  • Agree to these terms fully and willingly

📥 3. Service Booking & Payment

  • Services can be booked directly via WhatsApp, call, or website.
  • Full or partial advance payment is required to begin work.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice.
  • GST may be applicable as per Indian law.
  • 💳 Accepted payment methods:
    UPI, Bank Transfer, Razorpay, Paytm, Debit/Credit Cards, etc.

⏳ 4. Timelines & Delivery

  • Each service comes with a standard delivery time, mentioned in the package or agreed upon during booking. These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on client response, content readiness, or workload.
  • Clients are responsible for:
  • Providing all necessary data (logo, content, product info, etc.)
  • Timely feedback for review and revisions
  • Maintaining communication during the project timeline

📐 5. Revisions & Edits

  • Most packages include 1–2 rounds of free revisions depending on the service.
  • Revisions beyond that, or requests that go beyond the original project scope, may be chargeable. Major structure or design changes are not considered revisions.

🔒 6. Ownership & Usage Rights

  • Upon final payment, you will receive access to your website/GMB/design files.
  • You will own all custom content, design, and data (unless third-party tools or licensed items apply).
  • We retain the right to showcase your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

❌ 7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Projects once started are non-refundable.
  • No refunds are issued for delays caused by the client’s lack of communication or missed timelines.
  • Refunds may only be issued in specific rare cases (e.g., accidental duplicate payment). See our Refund Policy for details.

⚠️ 8. Acceptable Use

  • You agree to not use our services or website to:
  • Upload or request illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission
  • Violate any local, national, or international laws
  • Harass, impersonate, or defame any person or brand
  • Attempt to hack, damage, or manipulate our systems or services
  • Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of service.

  • While we use industry best practices and strategies:
  • We do not guarantee top Google rankings, specific traffic, or sales
  • Results may vary depending on business type, niche, and user behavior
  • We are not liable for any business loss, technical issues, or third-party tool downtime
  • All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
