Full or partial payment is required to initiate any project.

Payment methods accepted: UPI, Razorpay, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, etc.

Some services are promotional (e.g., ₹999/- offer) and may have limited availability or conditions (like limited to first 100 clients).

GST may apply as per government norms.

4. 📦 Deliverables & Timeline
Deliverables vary depending on the service/package chosen.

Project timelines will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of order.

Timely delivery depends on client’s cooperation (e.g., providing required content, images, product details).

Delays in client communication may result in extended timelines without compensation.

5. 🎨 Ownership & Access
Once full payment is received, all website access and content rights (excluding platform/license limitations) will be handed over to the client.

For subscription-based or hosted plans, access rights may depend on renewal terms.

6. 🔄 Revisions & Edits
Revisions are subject to the number defined in your selected package.

Additional revisions beyond the scope may attract extra charges.

Major structural or design changes after project completion will be treated as a new request.

7. 🚫 Cancellations & Refunds
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled if work has already started.

No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed services.

In rare cases (e.g., duplicate payment or technical error), refund requests will be reviewed and processed at our discretion.

8. 📜 Content Responsibility
You are responsible for the content (text/images/products) you provide.

We are not liable for copyright issues, trademark violations, or false claims in your content.

You agree to not upload or request us to use any offensive, illegal, or misleading material.

Basic post-project support (as defined in your plan) is included.

Ongoing maintenance, bug fixes, or content changes after the support period may be charged additionally.

Support is provided via email or WhatsApp during working hours (Mon–Sat, 10 AM to 6 PM IST).

12. ⚖️ Legal Disclaimer
We do not guarantee top search rankings, traffic, or sales as part of any package, though we follow best practices.

We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.

All services are provided “as-is” and subject to availability.
