Since we offer digital services, our delivery process works differently from physical product shipping.

What You Can Expect:

Each service (like website design, GMB setup, e-commerce store, etc.) comes with a defined delivery timeline β usually mentioned in the package or discussed with you during onboarding.
β³ Estimated Timelines (may vary based on complexity):
Website Design: 3β7 working days
GMB Setup: 2β5 working days
E-Commerce Store: 7β15 working days
Custom Services: Based on mutual agreement
π Delivery Format:
All deliverables will be provided in digital format β via email, Google Drive, WordPress login access, or other cloud tools.
π Communication:
All project communication and updates are done through WhatsApp, email, or calls β during working hours (MonβSat, 10 AMβ6 PM IST).
π₯ Client Responsibility:
To ensure smooth delivery, clients are required to:
Provide necessary inputs (images, content, product details, etc.) on time
Respond to feedback/review requests within 24β48 hours
π° Refund Policy
Since we invest time, planning, and resources into every digital service, we do not offer refunds once the service has started or been delivered.
β No Refunds Applicable For:
Delayed responses or incomplete data from the client
Change of mind or switching service after order confirmation
Minor adjustments beyond the agreed package
Work already delivered (fully or partially)

Eligible Refund Scenarios (Very Limited):
We may offer a refund only in the following rare cases:
Duplicate or accidental payment made
Service not delivered at all within the committed time, due to our fault (and no communication or progress shown)
Payment made for a service we are unable to fulfill due to technical or availability constraints
π© To request a refund (in eligible cases), contact us within 3 working days of your order at hello@ashdigital.shop with your payment proof and reason.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7β10 business days to the original payment method.
π Revision & Correction Policy
Most services include free revisions as per the selected package (e.g., 1 or 2 rounds).
Major redesigns or additional work beyond scope may involve extra charges.
We always strive for 100% satisfaction and are happy to work with you for adjustments within limits.
